Winter Restoration Water Element Mini Retreat

June 29 @ 9:30 am - 1:30 pm

A$115.00 – A$130.00

About the Event

Join Holly and Angie on a journey delving into the enchantment of Winter and the Water Element. Explore how this mystical energy draws us inward, urging us to surrender, replenish, and restore through movement, nutrition, and Chinese medicine approaches. Within this energy lies a profound connection to our Kidney and Bladder systems, offering us an opportunity for deep reflection, regeneration, and inner wisdom.

Winter, with its cold embrace and quiet beauty, invites us to delve into the depths of our being. Just as nature enters a state of dormancy, we too can embrace the restorative power of stillness and introspection. The Water Element, inherent in this season, mirrors the cyclical nature of women’s health and the yin energy that permeates our bodies and souls.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the water element corresponds to the Kidney and Bladder meridians, influencing hormonal balance, reproductive health, and emotional resilience in women. By nurturing this energy through mindful practices and nourishing self-care, we can cultivate a sense of inner harmony and vitality even amidst the winter’s chill.

When the water element finds balance, everything flows effortlessly, enveloping us in a sense of relaxation and security. It is within this harmonious state that we can access our essence and vitality with ease, allowing us to navigate the winter season with courage, grace, and strength.

Treat yourself to morning of replenishment, recharging and connection.
